Description
A spring harvest typically has a robust flavor profile with a stronger overtone and earthy notes, and it could be steeped more than 10 times easily. Not only that, this special pick from the highest mountain, HuazhuLiangzi, in the Bulang area has a distinctive floral note and strikes a better balance with the astringent taste.
Brewing Instructions:
Hot Brewing:
- Boil water to approximately 95°C (203°F).
- Place a 7.5 g gushu in a teapot or infuser.
- Pour the 12 Oz hot water over the tea leaves.
- Let it steep for 10~15 sec for the first 3 steeps, and 20~30 sec for the later steeps.
- Strain the tea into cups and enjoy.
