Description
A special autumn pick from the highest mountain, HuazhuLiangzi, in the Bulang area has a mellower earthy undertones compared to spring harvests, and exhibits gentle bitterness with a delicate orchid aroma.
Brewing Instructions:
Hot Brewing:
- Boil water to approximately 95°C (203°F).
- Place a small piece gushu in a teapot or infuser.
- Pour the 12 Oz hot water over the tea leaves.
- Let it steep for 10~15 sec for the first 3 steeps, and 20~30 sec for the later steeps. This could easily go above 8 steeps.
- Strain the tea into cups and enjoy.
