Description
A special blend of both young and old leaves between 2013 to 2023 from Bulang area creates a harmonious fusion of flavors, offering drinkers a sensory journey that marries the smooth essence of aged leaves with the fresh vibrancy of youth. What's more, this blend can be brewed either hot or cold, offering versatility in its preparation.
Brewing Instructions:
Hot Brewing:
- Boil water to approximately 95°C (203°F).
- Place a piece of the gushu tea blend into a teapot or infuser.
- Pour the 12 Oz hot water over the tea leaves.
- Let it steep for 10~15 sec for the first 3 steeps, and 20~30 sec for the later steeps. This could easily go above 8 steeps.
- Strain the tea into cups and enjoy.
Cold Brewing: (Highly recommended for people new to pu-erh)
- Take a piece of the gushu tea blend for 32 Oz water.
- Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator.
- Let it steep for overnight, or 24 hr for a stronger infusion.
- Strain the tea to remove the leaves. Keep the leaves for the second steep!
- Serve over ice and enjoy the refreshing blend of flavors.
