Brewing Instructions:

Hot Brewing:

  1. Boil water to approximately 95°C (203°F).
  2. Place a piece of the gushu tea blend into a teapot or infuser.
  3. Pour the 12 Oz hot water over the tea leaves.
  4. Let it steep for 10~15 sec for the first 3 steeps, and 20~30 sec for the later steeps. This could easily go above 8 steeps.
  5. Strain the tea into cups and enjoy.
